Jake Paul’s next opponent has been revealed.

Youtuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul will face off next against former UFC Champion Tyron Woodley, sources told MMA Island. The date is to still TBD, but is supposed to be revealed in Paul’s upcoming fight announcement tomorrow.

Paul is coming off a first-round KO of Ben Askren last month. He looks to do the same against Askren’s friend and training partner, Woodley later this year.

The two would be involved in an altercation which took place right before the Paul’s fight with Askren. The former UFC Welterweight king would engage with Paul and one of his team members, J’Leon Love in the locker room.

Woodley is coming off four straight losses inside the Octagon. His slump has been against the likes of Kamaru Usman, Gilbert Burns and lastly Vicente Luque. His last defeat at UFC 260 would mark the end of his UFC contract and the UFC opted out of resigning him.

‘T-Wood’, who is now a free agent, can take any fight he wants, without the UFC stopping him.

Woodley would have a message for Jake Paul.

“Love the energy of the young lion.” Woodley said, referring to his last win over Darren Till. “Another one will learn soon.”

“The Problem Child” being matched up against one of the greatest welterweights of all time, is expecting this fight to be his toughest test to date.

“This will be the hardest fight I’ve ever had. The toughest test by far. The most known opponent. We will break another boxing PPV record.”
